Some things to bear in mind:
Book your place
Your time slot is only guaranteed once payment has been made. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and another client may book your time if payment has not been made.
To avoid delays or cuts to your session, please make sure you have completed payment before the session starts.
I would appreciate it if you could be on time. If you are late I will not be able to extend the duration to compensate. I tend to have a busy schedule and it would not be fair to the next client to keep them waiting.
Additional time at €24/15 minutes (subject to availability).
Sessions start and end promptly at the agreed time. Out of respect for other clients, I cannot offer time extensions.
Cancellations and refunds
No refunds are given for missed sessions that have not been cancelled or rescheduled in advance. Please mark your calendar and set reminders.
I understand that unforeseen events may arise or that you may change your mind. I only ask you to give at least 48 hours notice. If this deadline is not respected, no refund will be made, as I cannot fill the place at such short notice.
If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, you will receive a full refund without penalty.
If you booked several sessions and complete any of them, but cancel the rest of the sessions with at least 48 hours notice, you will be refunded the proportional amount without penalty.
Rescheduling requests within this 48-hour window are subject to a penalty of €33. If you request to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, there is no charge.
Time zone and punctuality
All sessions are held in Spanish peninsular time (CET/CEST). You are responsible for checking the time equivalence in your country.
No-shows due to time zone error will incur a penalty of €33 for rescheduling the session. Please check the assigned time.
Recordings and concluding remarks
If you change your mind before the session, I will be happy to refund you.
Once the session has taken place, no refunds are accepted.
The session will be conducted via Google Meet (video conferencing).
For some sessions I may record at the start time as proof of punctuality, but no recordings of the sessions are provided.
Please note that I may book 2-3 weeks in advance. For now, I book weekday afternoons and weekends.
For international clients, due to time differences, I may have more flexibility in time availability.
In exceptional cases, I can open emergency sessions for a supplement of €100 on top of the basic price. If you need a quick appointment, please contact me directly.
